Shipping policy

1. FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
No minimum purchase required.

Orders are fulfilled through our warehouse and trusted fulfillment partners to ensure reliable delivery.

We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other reputable shipping providers.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time refers to the time required to:

  • Verify payment
  • Prepare your order
  • Package your items
  • Transfer your shipment to the carrier

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

United States:

8–14 business days after shipment.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or high demand
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package has been shipped.


4. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.

We will gladly assist you.


5. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees.


6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.

If the issue is due to our error, we will resolve it at no additional cost to you.


7. ADDRESS CHANGES

Shipping addresses can only be modified before the order has been processed and shipped.

Once an order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.


8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we ship within the United States only.
