Returns & Refund Policy

1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and components must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Digital Products (Important Notice)
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital product (such as Petadiso™ Premium Guides) has been purchased and delivered via download, email, or account access, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
However, we will provide support and a resolution in the following cases:
- You received the wrong digital product
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You are unable to access or download the product due to a technical issue
- You made a duplicate purchase
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at support@petadiso.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you promptly.
3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us at:
Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
If your return is approved, we will provide:
- Return authorization confirmation
- Return instructions
- The correct return address
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In these cases, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund, including shipping costs (if applicable)
Photo evidence may be required.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items showing signs of use
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before placing your order.
7. EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item:
- Request a return for the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order for the desired product
This ensures faster processing and product availability.
8. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Used or damaged returned items
- Items returned without authorization
- Items that do not meet return conditions
