1. FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
No minimum purchase required.

All orders are fulfilled through our U.S. warehouse and trusted fulfillment partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other reputable providers.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing includes:

  • Payment verification
  • Order preparation
  • Packaging
  • Handoff to the shipping carrier

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

United States:
2–5 business days after shipment.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or high demand
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.


4. TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Tracking updates typically appear within 1–3 business days in the carrier’s system.

5. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.

If this happens:

  • You will receive multiple tracking numbers
  • No additional shipping fees will be charged

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us and we will help you file a carrier claim.

If the issue is due to our error, we will resolve it at no cost to you.


7. ADDRESS CHANGES

Shipping addresses can only be modified before the order is processed.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Currently, we ship within the United States only.
